I have an eclectic and holistic approach to my work with clients. I utilize cognitive behavioral, systems model, insight oriented, and solution focused techniques amongst a variety of models and theories which I have explored over the years. For those who are artistic I enjoy bringing elements of creative self expression into the therapy so as to access emotion through mediums beyond words. As a therapist with a degree in Social Work, I like to offer education and community resources to my clients which might compliment our work together.
