Notice of Rate Increase

Beginning September 1st, 2008:

Initial Consultation: $120.00
One time Consultation: $120.00
Individual Therapy Sessions: $100.00
Couples Counseling: $110.00
Family Therapy: $110.00

Session Length is 55 minutes.

I am currently a provider for Aetna, First Choice, Medicare, Magellan, Molina Healthy Options and a variety of EAP programs including MHNet. If you have an insurance carrier with whom I am not networked, but you have out of network benefits, I accept payment at the time of session and will bill your insurance for you so that you may receive reimbursement from your insurance.

I believe thereapy should be available to those in need and not a luxury to only those who have good insurance coverage or who have the finances to support it. Please ask me for further information about sliding scale and payment plan options which are available on a case by case basis.
