INSURANCE

 

I am currently a networked provider for:

Aetna

First Choice

Medicare

Kaiser Permanente

 

I am able to see many clients with Premera, Regence, and other BCBS plans as an out of network provider.

 

If you have an insurance carrier with whom I am not networked, but you have out of network benefits, I accept payment at the time of session and, in most cases, will bill your insurance for you so that you may receive reimbursement from your insurance. I do NOT bill secondary insurance.
